Alain Cailbourdin runs his 16-hectare domaine just north of Pouilly Sur Loire using environmentally friendly viticulture, working the soil and cultivating grass to reduce yields. Alain has used vines aged 15-25 years old to make this wine, which was carefully vinified to retain all its natural vibrancy and complexity.
