Bought this in black with 20% off voucher, so excellent value. The coat felt small in the arms to begin with but this was just the stiffness of the new fabric, and now it's been worn a few times it feels true to size, with room for a light sweater under. Overall very warm and comfortable.

I bought this coat last year and lost so much weight I was hoping that it would be in stock again this year. I bought it in a smaller size and fits as beautifully this time as before. Lovely and warm and just the right length. I am 5ft.6ins. Its a good quality and hopefully I won't lose anymore weight and this one will last me a few winters to come. I would recommend this coat to anyone looking at it now.

As a plus size shopper, I am pleased to find a coat that is nicely styled for the larger lady. Quality of fabric and the generous fit suits me very well. In fact I did debate whether to try a size smaller! Just such a pity the upper plus sizes are not stocked in M and S stores.

Ordered this coat because M&S had a 20% off day, at £100 it was a tad pricey, but at £80 I was willing to give it a bash. I'm glad I did - it is lovely! I do look a tad bit like a funeral director, but I mean that in the nicest possible way - it's very smart, like a dressage horse riders jacket or something you'd see in Downton Abbey! It looks very expensive and tailored, and as a 5'9" lady it comes just past my knee which is great. The only negatives I would say, is that three buttons is not enough (they had added a fourth button to the product image which is a little bit naughty as it doesn't really exist!!) as a result it gapes and flaps at the bottom. Also, I purchased a size 12 (Im usually a 10-12) and it was very slight fitting so I would say the sizing is a little smaller than 'true to size'. Either way though, it is a lovely coat - very smart, warm, well made and I would purchase another one in a different colour

Being larger than average has meant I have not purchased myself a winter coat for several years. I am very pleased with this purchase. Fit is moderately generous, flattering and yet I can wear lots of layers under this. I bought the black version and love its simplicity, the cloth feels plush and cushy soft. I am going to enjoy wearing this when weather becomes chillier

I wasn't looking for a coat when I spotted this in store. I bought the pale grey. At first I thought it was a bit pale but soon realised that you can wear any colour with it. It came a bit big and I had to buy a smaller size, which made me feel good. I am delighted with it.
