PLUS Pull On Bootleg Trousers

These trousers are not pull on, they have a zip and a hook fastening. I returned them as it wasn't what I was looking for or my understanding of pull on.

Like many other reviewers of this product I was misled by its description. I had put 'pull on trousers' into the search engine and these were the only ones to come up. I was in a hurry and there were only two pairs left so I did not read the reviews as I usually do. To me 'pull on' means no zip. It is not ambiguous. What were they thinking of? Thankfully there is a good returns policy, but it is annoying, a waste of time and I needed my new trousers.

i may have mistakenly read the item in correctly. but "pull on" to me would not mean zip, button and hook trousers. I ordered these on short notice, paid the delivery fee, but obviously had to return the item as they were (to me) not as described.

They are advertised as pull on but they are not. I see many people have complained about this but you haven't changed your advert and it still says pull on.

Ordered two pairs both sent back, did not match description on web page, were not pull on but zip and hook. Was so disappointed had waited ages for more stock to come in.
