Pleated Waist Lace Maxi Dress

Purchased for my wife birthday, Loved the dress but too long by about 1". The other maxi dress purchased was a perfect fit. Anyway, As a guy, who gets it wrong most times, M&S is great, they just take it back and get something they like. Everyone happy.

Like other reviewers on the site I sent for this dress thinking it was a lovely red dress with soft lace overlay. It is the most awful luminous orange which will have people shielding their eyes as you walk past and looks cheap and chatty. I really can't see M&S selling these dresses at any price!!

For £89 I expected much more from this dress. The material felt and looked a bit cheap and if I were to have kept it I would have gone up a size. The reason I'm not keeping it is the colour. Oh my! The other reviews are accurate. It's luminous, Dyno-rod, hi-vis orange! It is certainly not coral. This is an epic fail M&S. It'll be reduced to £20 soon and I doubt it will sell (except maybe for fancy dress!) Prepare for it's return.

A lovely comfortable dress, looked stunning however quite pricey.

Ordered this online thinking it was red with a lace overlay. It turned out to be a sharp orange colour with an unpleasant shiny effect. I didn't even unwrap it or try it on. It went straight back.

I bought this lace dress in cobalt blue and was excited to see a Coral for the summer, I ordered on line and when I opened the box I was so disappointed. The colour is not Coral but luminous orange with dull beige on the flowers, Although the fabric is excellent quality the colour does not suit the style of this dress. The fit was small to size unlike the blue one I bought - now I know this is manufacturer tolerance but surely a size cant't vary by 3 inches! Come and M&S us tall ladies like the maxi lace dress but please can we have some more pretty colours like cerise, lime green, purple and a proper coral and a size is a size not a lottery!

I bought this dress in Royal Blue, which looked very nice, I thought this would be a coral colour, but the colour is luninous! It looked a bit trashy, so I returned the dress.

Nice dress, size and fit good but you can't tell from the web-site what a horrible colour it is-The true colour is almost a neon orange-not nice
