Please take a look at each product for more details. Orders can only be amended up to 24 hours before we begin to prepare your food.

Returns and refunds
If you’d like to speak to us about your food order call us on 0845 604 4604, our lines are open 8am to 7pm every day.
It’s really important that you collect your food order from store on the arranged date. As food orders are perishable, we don’t keep them until the next day. If you don’t collect your food order, you’ll receive a 30% refund.
Our Organic Beef Steak Selection offers four varieties of the most popular beef steaks, 2 rump steaks, 2 ribeye steaks, 2 sirloin steaks and 2 fillet steaks. All steaks are matured for the best flavour & texture.

Preparation and serving
- Cooking Instructions: Ready to cook- grill or dry pan fry- remove steak from packaging and allow to breathe at room temperature for at least 10 minutes. There may be a slight aroma on opening which will not affect the quality or flavour of the steak. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Lightly oil and season the steaks, place under grill or into dry pan. Grill- rump-rare 6-9 min, medium 9-11 min, well done 11-14min. Ribeye rare 5-8 min, medium 8-10 min, well done 10-13 min. Sirloin rare 5-8 min, medium 8-10 min, well done 10-13 min. Fillet. Rare 6-9 min, medium 9-11 min, well done 11-14min. Pan fry: high heat. Rump-rare 5-8 min, medium 8-10 min, well done 10-13 min. Ribeye rare 4-7 min, medium 7-9 min, well done 9-11 min. Sirloin rare 4-7 min, medium 7-9 min, well done 9-11 min. Fillet. Rare 5-8 min, medium 8-10 min, well done 10-13 min. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Do not reheat
