No Peep™ Lace Insert Blouse

The top was lovely and fit well everywhere except at the bottom, where it pulled around my hips (I'm size 12 top and size 14 bottom). As it has hidden buttons all up the front of the top (fully opening like a shirt), it gaped under the last button, which was a shame. Probably more to do with my body shape than the top's design!

Lovely rich colour, feels good when wearing. It looks more expensive than it is, simple but stylish. The only thing I'm not keen on is the metal tag at the back which always looks like an advertising gimmick.

This is a gorgeous luxury blouse, albeit with a luxury price tag. The material is really good quality thick, heavy polyester so will be warmer when it's cold. There is a beautiful sheen to the fabric making the colour change in various lights from dark blue to almost black. The lace detailing makes it stand out from the millions of other blouses and is a particularly nice touch around the cuffs. There is also a nice silver 'Autograph' tag on the back of the blouse giving it another element of luxury. This is so much better than the photo suggests and I would tuck it in with a skirt and have it out over jeans/trousers.

This had to be returned despite being a lovely colour and fabric as the high neck combined with a wide fit (too loose around my upper body) made this look matronly instead of smart. I wish they'd made this more fitted.
