About this bottle: A beautifully crafted classic dry Amontillado sherry. From a Solera of less than 20 barrels, this delightfully expressive yet elegant style has beguiling complexity and refinement. Emilio Lustau's winemaker Manuel Lozano matures this wine for us in the coastal town of El Puerto de Santa Maria.

An extremely rich style of Sherry, this Pedro Ximenez is unctuously sweet with note of raisin, and citrus peel.

About this bottle: Manuel Lozano at the esteemed sherry house, Emilio Lustau dries white Pedro Ximénez grapes in the sun to concentrate flavour and sugars. Fermentation is stopped by fortification with fine grape spirit preserving these intense flavours before aging in a unique solera.

About this bottle: Aged for seven years in a solera located in the coastal town of Sanlucar de Barrameda at the famous sherry house of Lustau, a protective natural veil of the flor has allowed the wine to remain fresh, yet with great intensity and complexity of the palate.
