Blackout Pencil Pleat Curtains

Superb pale pink in a soft, lightweight, almost satinee/velvet finish that hang lovely. Wash well, only negative is they are unlined and some of the stitches let tiny specks of light through. Otherwise, great pair of curtains.

After unpacking these new curtains I was prepared to have to iron them, having read previous reviews of very creased, blackout curtains. They ironed well at a fairly high temperature and look good, hung in my newly decorated bedroom. The colour is rich and flattering, they feel silky, are well-made and are of a good quality. With new bedding also from M&S and new lampshades, my bedroom has been transformed and all because I bought a new bed!

I have bought two sets of these curtains as like them so much. They hang beautifully and have a soft velvety texture. I bought the Dusky Pink first but found the colour wasn't as I had thought from the picture but because I liked the curtains so much I hung them in another room. I then decided to buy the Purple ones although didn't think the colour would be right for our bedroom and it would mean changing the duvet and pillow cases. However they look great with the duvet so once again the colour is not as accurate as depicted on the website. I've never heard of unlined blackout curtains before but these definitely block out all light.
