Luc is a rare person in today’s French wine world: he is a first generation vigneron and winemaker. He purchased his vines and deep underground chalk cave in 2000 and set about making wines with a healthy respect for sustainable farming, a keen eye on terroir, and a great deal of passion. With this Sauvignon an indicator, he has 13 good years. The chalky soils of Cher Valley have served him well.
