Leather Elastic Two Band Sandals

These sandals looked like a great idea, unfortunately after wearing the leather rubs a bit and the elastic at the back doesn't give much support so my feet slipped around in the footbed (which seems quite wide considering the sandal came up a bit small!). Shame, they seemed promising.

Looking to replace my trusty M&S white and silver sandals I've had for over ten years... It's been a hard task till I saw these. Very comfortable and on trend, although it's advisable to wear them in a bit before walking miles in hot climates. Love the 'flatform' footbed. The seam on the left foot round the instep seems to rub a little, but I'm hoping that will settle down. Otherwise, very pleased with purchase, hope they will last as their predecessors!

These are so comfortable, I've had none of the problems with rubbing or back strap falling down. I'm going to order another pair in a different colour.

Bought them online, looked OK (although look better from the side rather than the view looking down) and initially felt very comfy underfoot. First and only trip out in them - ended up in Primark buying a pair of cheap shoes to walk around in as the heel strap on these sandals would not stay up and I was crunching my toes trying to keep them on! Very disappointed as the range of shoes/ sandals M&S currently has is fantastic and have been pleased with two other styles recently purchased (not normally a shoe addict!). Swapped these for another style (at extra cost) so hopefully will get on better with these. Will not buy shoes on line in future although unlikely that issue would have been apparent if tried on in store anyway.

Had to go up a size as my normal size was a bit short. Also if you have broad feet these may not be for you. I really like the style and find them very comfortable.

I have narrow feet so these should be ideal for me. I am a small size 5 in enclosed shoes, but found little difference between the 4, 4.5 and 5 in these sandals. I chose the 5 in the end. At first it felt like i was walking on padded envelopes strapped to my feet which was odd (!) but I am used to them now. There are issues with the construction: on one pair I tried the elastic was attached at a slightly odd angle which made them sit away from the foot. I think there are too many components to these sandals so too much room for imperfection. That said, they are ok and i do wear them but I can't say I love them and the footbed does make my feet rather hot.

I wore these to work for one day, and I intend to return them. The elastic strap that goes around the back slips down and they end up being like flip flops.Not what I needed.

I find it very hard to get shoes of any description which are comfortable but these have a thick sole and are very padded .

These sandals are like walking on air! I tried them on in store and I was astounded by how comfortable they were. Unfortunately they didn't have my size so I ordered them online with my 20% discount which M&S sent me for my birthday! This style of sandal is currently very in vogue too. Although very comfortable I don't think I would have paid the full price for them.

Lovely sandal feel comfortable when walking.only fault I found is you need a full size up from your normal size I am usually a size 5.5 ordered that size found to be small ordered a size 6 but these were too small ordered a size 6.5.. also were elastic joins strap round back it rubbed on first wearing
