Leather Lace-up Sporty Trainers

Very nice pair of flat shoes. Great for walking round my nearest M/S love to take a stroll round.

First time I have ever bought shoes from M&S because I have narrow feet (AA) but although these are slightly wide they feel good on and with laces are a good fit. I like the look of them too.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are a bit edgy yet totally practical. I even bought a second pair for my daughter.

I ordered these after trying several other pairs from other shops! I wanted a smart/casual pair of shoes but wanted metallic as go with everything! The fit is good although they do gape very slightly around the ankle but think that is just my feet as others I tried did the same thing! Comfy and easy to wear. Soft leather too so whats not to like! I would highly recommend them. £45 is a good price too.

It's very difficult when buying online to know your foot size,especially when you can't try them on because the tag restricts getting your foot in the shoe. I would have returned them but after having to break the tag to get ny foot in, I felt uneasy about returning them. Sometimes size 5 is tight , that's why I opted for five and a half

Really wish I'd read the other reviews before purchasing. I too now have bandages on my feet after wearing for only one hour. The shoes rubbed mercilessly on the inside and outside of both feet after only going to a friends house. I was wearing sox too. Looks good but that's all. They're billed as 'sporty trainers'. Not enough padding inside for any training! What is present is stiff and unyielding. Not satisfactory for this price point M&S!

I bought these shoes to replace a pair by Clark's that I loved but foolishly bought knowing they didn't fit! M&S pair are a much better fit tho still a bit roomy around the ankle. Comfortable and stylish, love the gold colour.

I loved the look of these on website but was very disappointed when I collected and tried on. The leather was very hard and would rub around ankles. However on the plus side, these Footgloves are much lighter than many in the range over the last few years. As a bonus to myself they are the first M & S shoes I have found in the last three years which have been wide and deep enough to accommodate orthotics so if if they had the leather not been as stiff I would have kept them, loved the colour, but sadly had to return.

I'm usually an M&S 5 though I've a broadish foot so, to be on the safe side, I ordered a 5 (not broad enough) and 5.5 (too long). I might have kept the 5.5 as they are a good colour/shade however they really look more like brogues - which I found a bit weird in a 'trainer'!

These shoes were comfortable the moment I put them on - though they do require a shoe-horn to get on without breaking down the backs. I have wide feet, but as with most Footglove shoes I find that these are quite wide enough. They are well-made of quality materials, and look as though they cost a lot more than they did (especially with the £5 Sparks discount!). Much too nice to be trainers for the gym, I can see that they are destined to become my go-to shoes when I want to be smart yet comfortable.
