Shoe arrived scratched with black leather ripped of heel

These were a fantastic buy, bought them for work and I am constantly up and down walking around, extremely comfortable, would buy them again

I needed the shoes for work. The heel is a good height, the shoe fits well although I think next time I may need to get a wider fit as they are a little narrow. They are value for money.

Perfect for work as I can't wear high heels but don't want to be stuck in flats all the time. Enough room for toes without sacrificing the elegant almond toe. I tend to need insoles in all my shoes but these came up just right for me - if you generally find shoes true to size, you might need to go up a half size. Would be nice if they came in a summer colour too to be more adaptable but very happy with the price as I expect them to last well as previous M&S shoes have.

I've had quite a few pairs of these black shoes. They're very comfortable and the height of heel is just right. Would like to be able to get them in other colours.

Very pleased with these shoes. Useful for everyday in the office without costing a fortune. Very comfy. I cant wear very high heels (wish I could) so these are just right for me . They are described as "pointed" and although I wouldn't call them "almond" shaped, they are not as pointed as another pair I have. This was slightly disappointing for me as I do like pointed toes - they look so much more elegant.

These shoes are just what I was looking for . They are dressy but not too high. Because I have slim feet, I had to go down a half size. They are good value for money and well made for the price. It would be nice to have other leather lower heel shoes that are less plain.

Lovely comfortable shoe with an amazing in sole that gives great support. Thank you M & S more colours in these please.
