Large Xenon Rollercase

I haven't actually used the case as yet, but I have bought 2 others in the this range previously and they have been brilliant. So my belief is that this will be the same.

Initially thought the suitcases were well designed and good value. Bought two large and one small. Sadly I changed my mind as the only case to survive my long haul flight was the small case as it was used as hand baggage .Both large cases were destroyed the handles were twisted so they couldn't be pushed down, one bag also had burst all its zips. All this on their first ever flight!

My Xenon rollercase broke just before I left for the airport on the return leg of my holiday - the zip came apart, leaving my clothes scattered all over the floor. Fortunately I was not at a hotel and was able to borrow a suitcase. Otherwise I could have missed my plane or dragged my clothes to the airport in bin-bags. I note that several reviews have described the handles as flimsy and breaking during baggage handling etc. I have to add to this the flimsy zip - quantity of zips does not mean quality. It was the third time I had used the case, so very disappointed indeed and disappointed with M&S response and refusal to honour the five year guarantee, because all I have is photographs of the case with broken zip, which I had to abandon before I left for the airport. (My last case, not an M&S purchase, never let me down, lasted me eight years and, though battered, is still usable). I HAVE TO SAY, I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS M&S PRODUCT TO ANYONE!!!!!

Everything about the suitcase felt average. Bought it in sale hence, satisfied with what I paid.

This was bought to match a case purchased a few years ago, same excellent quality and now with a security padlock rather than a combination lock. It looks smart and is easy to manoeuvre.

Bought large one 4 years ago. Used this on 2 trips a year. Handle snapped off. Unfortunately I had not kept receipt so could not take back to M&S (although they are the only ones selling this suitcase). I have an excess -on my holiday insurance so could not claim on that. Depending on how long you like to keep a suitcase this one does hold a lot but beware when travelling with budget airlines as you could go over weight limit - take set of travel scales with you.

A lovely suitcase, large but not too big to handle. You can pack a lot more in than you think as it expands. Good buy.

Purchased this to go with my purple Xenon small roller case. It held everything I needed for two weeks away with room to spare and survived a stop over on each leg of my journey unscathed.
