Large Roasting Tray

Looks nice and sturdy and is a good size. I do not put my baking trays in the dishwasher so hopefully it will last a long time

Great for roasting and easy to clean

I bought this because it says Made in UK. I love this idea. I also bought a smaller one, reading positive reviews. Roasting meat went very well, so did vegetables. However, grilling fish was not so successful, with its bottom stuck to the tray. Probably I should sprinkle oil beforehand? The worst disaster came when I tried non (deep) fry breaded pork fillet following some recipe. Nearly half the (oiled) breadcrumb was stuck to the tray. Fantastic roasting tin, nothing sticks to it and produces best roast potatoes ever!!

I normally buy the cheaper range bakeware but got so disheartened at having to replace them every few months as they warped and the food was hard to remove with out scraping the "non stick" layer off, it was becoming a false economy. I found this roasting dish very easy to clean after a short soak. No sticking or burnt food remained and no scrubbing either. Definitely worth the money.
