Chenin Blanc is a South African speciality and M&S winemaker Sue Daniels was delighted to find this fine example. The grapes for this wine were grown on decomposed granite slopes with cooling breezes, which give vibrantly flavoured fruit with an enticing mineral edge. Jacques de Klerk and Edouard Labeye matured the wine in French oak barrels to give spicy complexity and textural richness.
