Lace-up Shoes

I have had a variety of shoes from the stores and have found they vary a great deal some look good and smart but on trying them they were uncomfortable either pinched me or were hard to put on .the last pair was excellent in every way ,I would like to see a better fitting arrangement because all people's feet are different .

I picked a pair from Oxford store on Saturday - very helpful staff. Tried them on at home & they are very comfy. A little confusing whether they are slip on or tie up. Only 2 eyelets but massive laces in length. If anyone can give guidance on how the laces work (as per M&S picture) - gratefully accepted.

I saw these shoes and tried a size 12, I tend to take size 13 but these fitted fine. They're comfortable and stylish
