Poor fit and look cheapVery disappointed with these. I expected nice thick ponte material that keeps its shape, but these honestly looked like cheap, ill-fitting track-suit bottoms, not the 'stylish, must-have' item suggested. They are quite shapeless and kind of baggy around the thighs, and the material is thin and looks scruffy.
OK, they were quite cheap, but they really look it and I expected better. I ordered a 6 because I know M&S come up big, but they were still way too big (and I'm definitely not a 6). One to avoid.

A warm trouserYes I have been looking for a pair of thick winter pull on trousers, and these fit the bill lovely,
I only found out about them through the my mother in law purchasing a pair.
They are a good trouser to wear as a casual day out , as the only downfall is that seem down the front, would rather it not be there as I think it spoils the look..
I ordered the sort as it said it was a 29 inch but they are more a 27 as they come a little short on me.
My leg length is a 29. So I ordered another pair in regular and they fit fine and I think they are meant to be 31inch.
But all in all they are fine for every day wear..

Grantastic!I love these trousers! I am an active, style conscious granny and these are as comfortable as joggers! They allow me to play on the floor with my granddaughters and yet are straight legged and stylish enough for an evening out too! They even have side pockets to boot! Perfect for tissues and little toys. I have just bought another set of navy and black pairs to see me through the Winter.

Great everyday trousersI love these trousers, after ordering my first black pair, on realising how comfortable yet smart looking I ordered another pair. I have just ordered a third black pair and one in navy blue. Why so many I hear you ask. I work part time in a school and they are very comfortable yet still look smart. They are warm in the winter. I wear them at the weekend too, ideal for sitting around in. They wash well and will dry quickly overnight in an airing cupboard if needed. Basically if they are clean I will wear them. As I said, they wash well but as I wear them so often, I decided to treat myself to two new pairs for the Xmas holiday season.

Very wide thighsNice trousers but the thighs were really wide and so the trousers were returned. Has put me off selecting classic trousers now.

Pointe straight fit must have trouserI have several pairs of this style trouser.
They are soft and comfortable to wear.
Easy wash, no iron.
Nice stylish pull on trousers that don’t leave a lumpy or bulgy front as they don’t have zips ties or buttons so you get a nice smooth outline.
The price is fantastic for the quality and fit that you get.
I think of them as smart joggers that can be teamed up with any top, hoody, cards or t shirt.
Will definitely buy more.
More colours please!

Alledgedly "Straight Leg" TrousersI am sorry to say these are not what I would consider "Straight Leg" trousers. In my day, straight leg trousers fitted nicely around the thighs, and then went striaght down from the knee to the foot (without going inwards from the knee as skinny legs do), creating a nice, well fitted, straight look.
These trousers came straight down from the back of my bottom and I consider these "Wide Leg" trousers. In addition they were altogether too big. I am a size 6 and, as always was the case, M&S sizes are always one size bigger than other retailers and are always cut on the generous side. As they do not have a size 4, I now have no choice and nothing ever fits me.
