FantasticThese are not cheap and I would even go as far as to say they are expensive at £5 a pair. As my husband said there is not much there for £5.
However why I bought 6 pairs in black and am an absolute addict is that I wear size 9.5 shoes and there are no other shoe liners on the market which fit me so well.
I love the fact that I can wear them all day get home and wash them and they are dry by the next morning.
They are tough and yet very comfortable..and in fact I am dreading the day that Marks stop doing them or change the design.
For me this is a product that I just cannot live without.
Excellent Marks! Pun unashamedly intended.

Embarrassing noises...I agree with everything everyone else has said about how comfortable these are and how great they are for not showing over the edges of shoes.
BUT, for me at least, I can't wear them properly because they make a really embarrassing farting noise when I walk. I presume the fit at the edges is just a little too snug, so escaping air makes a noise. I've tested this with two pairs of flats and two pairs of heels, so it's not just specific to one pair of shoes. (I was relieved to see that other people have reported the same phenomenon, so it's not just my feet either!)
They're *so* good in every other respect, I might experiment with talc, or possibly cutting notches in the edges to see if I can get rid of the noise. If anyone from M&S would like to send me some samples to help in my scientific endeavour, I'd be more than happy to write up my results for you ;)

Very disappointed for £5 per pairSo sorry to be writing a negative review after reading all of the previous glowing reviews......
I recently purchased 2 pairs of black One size Footsies.
They were quite snug as I am a size 8.
They are very comfortable.....and do the job of being hidden socks
However, very disappointingly one sock ended up with a hole after one days wear and the other pair both socks ended up with hole after 2 wears.
The hole in all socks appears to be where the reinforced toe material joins with the silky material.....
Had these been cheep I would just bin them but at £5 a pair its not what you would expect.

Noisy!!!I have to concur with many of the other reviewers... these are great in so many ways but the squeaky farty noises they produce are unacceptable!! Not everyone has mentioned it so I don't know if it worse for particular foot/shoe sizes... I'm a UK4, average width feet and I brought the small/medium. The noises seem to come from "gapping" between the silicon sides on the inner of my foot, and are particularly bad when worn with ballet pumps... worn with my trainers it wasn't so bad but that's not what I bought them for. I hope the M&S design team take a look at this because generally they're a good product.

Squeaky Footsies!!I purchased these to wear with a new pair go Gabor ballet flats. These Footsies are lovely and comfortable, however soon discovered a major problem. I wore them to work with my new shoes and the most horrendous squeaking noise when I walked, one foot in front of the other. At first I thought it was the shoes but couldn't see any problem there so I started to suspect the Footsies. I tried some different Footsies and no problem at all, not a sound. Reverted back to these and the squeaking was back!! Well at least everyone in the office had a good laugh but massively embarrassing.

Please restock the nude!Best footsies I've ever purchased. They have a small silicone patch at the heel which stops them from riding up or falling off, and they cover just the right amount of foot, especially at the sides, which is rare for my wide feet. I'd advise to size down as they are fairly roomy.
The fabric is very soft and comfortable and breathable. The colour is perfect if you have pale or lightly-tanned skin, it doesn't look orange or brown like some footsies can on lighter skin.
Please restock the nude, I need three more pairs to see me through the summer!

At last - comedy hosiery!!Amuse your friends and relatives and delight small children with the hilarious, nay alarming, squeaky noises produced from your shoes when you install these footsies.
Ideal for those days when you need a bit of cheering up - just slip these on inside your shoes and you'll be instantly in stitches! Try wearing them to the office on Mondays and brighten the day for all your colleagues - and customers/ clients too.
Good quality and fit, with a non slip patch at the heel, at first glance these seem like the perfect solution when you don't want to wear a sock but you do want that little bit of extra comfort in your shoe. I ordered two pairs and thought paying a bit more would get me a better fitting, quality item but these are not wearable outside my own boudoir due to the noise they produce. The unworn pair will be getting returned sadly.

Stay on but unwearable due to "sound Fx"I am devastated. After searching high and low at multiple stores, I have finally (finally!) found a pair of footsies that STAY ON - hurrah! However, these are unwearable because with each step, they make a horrifying, embarassing squeaking and (for lack of a better word) trumping noise. I have tried them with multiple shoes and the loud noises persist. If I was doing a comedy routine, they'd be perfect. Can you imagine trying to walk down the street or across the office with everyone thinking you'd eaten way too much bubble and squeak?! So, the silicone bit on the heel to keep them in place is brilliant, but the fabric used is a total FAIL. Please re-thinking these M&S. Women are dying for a fair of footsies that stay on!
