Amendments and cancellations can be accepted until your flower order is prepared for despatch. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, your order details may be prepared up to 3 days before your order is ready to be despatched. Cancellations and amendments are not possible on orders placed in this period.
Chilled hampers cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or overseas.
A specific delivery date cannot be requested to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland Scilly Isles or overseas.
Hamper orders using our standard delivery can be delivered to all UK addresses except BFPO boxes, PO boxes, the Channel Islands and overseas.

International delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Marks & Spencer reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Marks & Spencer products are sold in pounds Sterling on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery.
