Subject to terms & conditions, we currently deliver to most addresses in the UK. Selected products may be delivered to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Spain and the United States. Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Please note we do not deliver to Eire, the Channel Islands, or to shipping companies or Post Office boxes.
A delivery is defined as one delivery to one address at one particular time. Please note that if your order is delivered to multiple destinations, separate charges will apply for each address.

You have several options to choose from:
UK standard delivery
Standard delivery costs £3.50 per delivery address for all clothing, homeware wine case orders and gift cards.
Delivery charges are included in the price of flowers, fruit baskets, Made to Measure shirts, Wine Plan subscriptions, furnitureand selected Food and Wine Gifts.
For clothing, homeware and wine cases, standard delivery takes 2 - 5 working days when the product is in stock.
Furniture delivery takes between 2 and 12 weeks. Furniture To Go will be delivered within 2 weeks.
Flowers must be ordered by 5 pm for next day delivery. Nominated day delivery is included in the price.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles, please allow 48 hours from placing order for delivery. For international deliveries please see below.
We are unable to deliver to flowers or foods to BFPO Boxes, PO Boxes, Eire, the Channel Islands or overseas.
Flowers by Post will be delivered via Royal Mail first class post. Your order will be posted the day after we receive your order. Orders should arrive within 3 working days, subject to Royal Mail.
For Made to Measure Shirts, your order will be delivered within 21 days.
For Food to Order, items are collected in store so there is no delivery charge.
UK next day and nominated day delivery
Our nominated day delivery service is available for selected UK delivery addresses. You can use it to have your purchase delivered as soon as tomorrow, or another day that suits you! You can see if your order is eligible, and select a preference, as you check out and pay for your order.
You may be eligible for delivery tomorrow if you place your order by:
12 noon for clothing, homeware, gift cards and wine case orders.
1pm for fruit baskets.
5pm for flowers and wine gifts.
Nominated day delivery costs £4.95 per delivery address for clothing, homeware, selected technology, wine cases and gift cards. Nominated day delivery is free for orders over £150, excluding orders for gift cards and lunchtogo. Enter 'FREENDAY' in the promotion codes box at checkout and click 'apply'.

** There is only a 48 hour delivery service available for some postcodes. The earliest delivery date for orders placed on Sunday will be the following Tuesday and the following Wednesday for 48 hour delivery postcodes.
Chilled hampers cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses, PO boxes Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or overseas.
A specific delivery date cannot be requested to BFPO addresses, PO boxes, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland Scilly Isles or overseas.
Hamper orders using the standard delivery service can be delivered to all UK addresses except BFPO boxes, PO boxes, the Channel Islands and overseas.

Please note not all hospitals will accept delivery of flowers. Please check with the hospital before ordering.
Amendments and cancellations can be accepted until your flower order is prepared for despatch. During busy periods, such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, your order details may be prepared up to 3 days before your order is ready to be despatched. Cancellations and amendments are not possible on orders placed in this period.
International delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Marks & Spencer reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Marks & Spencer products are sold in pounds Sterling on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing an order.
If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
