Body Cream 200ml

Like many others I have used this cream for years. Last year it vanished from the shelves and following a number of emails to M & S was initially told it would be re-stocked then some weeks later that it wouldn't be re-stocked. It was purely by chance recently that I spotted it back on the shelves and was delighted since the other creams I tried were next to useless - just sat on top of the skin. PLEASE do not keep removing it from the shelves because this is at least three times that I can remember it happening, and it is very frustrating. It is THE BEST cream I have ever used and have told M & S this on many occasion Rather than risk not finding it I order online and arrange to collect at a store and have in the past bought as many a 6 at once.

Why oh why is this body cream so hard to find now. I've used it for years and don't want to use anything else, but no 'Formula' brand seems to be on any Marks and Spencer's Store shelves!!!!! I only found it by chance online. Can you explain please??

It's an excellent cream leaves your skin feeling soft an has a lovely smell, highly recommended.

Have not managed to purchase it for a few months have used it for years had to try other products which were hopeless so glad I managed to get some more bought threejars as worried about m and s stopping it.

I was disappointed not to have been able to get my usual cream,(Pure Moisture Plus Body cream) but it would seem not being made anymore, such a shame. I looked up the reviews on this cream and I am very satisfied with the results. Will continue to use and just hope it doesn't go out of fashion.

I have been using this body cream for years and have recommended it to everyone, sadly the formula has changed and it isn't as good at moisturising as it used to be. I really don't understand why it is necessary to change an already great product and it looks like I'm not the only one reading other reviews... PLEASE, PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA, it really was an amazing product and excellent value for money!

I bought this product as I was looking for something ultra moisturising and I have to say it is certainly one of the best body moisturisers I have ever used! It's luxurious, creamy and has a lovely subtle aroma. It massages very easily into the skin, it absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling really soft and hydrated. The packaging is lovely and it's great that the cream is in a tub as you can use every single bit of it (which I fully intend to do)! I would absolutely recommend this product to others. I love it!

I have been buying this 24h body cream for many years and have loved it until this new formula which unfortunately doesn't smell as nice and lives my skin sticky. Finding it in store and online is always a bit of a struggle as the packaging changes on a yearly basis (the price alters too depending on the packaging). I was so happy to have finally identified it again at a very good price but so very disappointed that the formula (a few ingredients are different) had been altered and therefore feels very different on my skin. I used to recommend it to all my friends and family but feel that I can't do that anymore!! Please, please bring the original formula back as is was so perfect then.

I have been using ragdale body cream but could not find it on line so bought formula instead and I am very happy with the product and its great value for money I would recommend this product if you use body cream.

I am on my second pot of this cream and love it, it is great for the more mature skin, easily absorbed and non greasy. I want to buy more but it seems my local store isn't going to stock it anymore. why? Come on M and S lets have more of this in your smaller stores.
