I own quite a few m & s slips- I live in them. this is the worst one I've owned. I wore it twice and both times I ripped it when putting it on.
I did nothing unusual, always step into the slips and roll up. But the material that doesn't have the extra stretchy bit was so flimsy my fingers went straight through. I don't have long nails and wasn't being rough with the material.
It's very pretty but just such poor material. Maybe it was a bad batch, but I wouldn't recommend.

I'm now very pleased with this tummy controling lace trim slip. After first failing to get it on, despite buying larger than my normal dress size, and reading your reviews. I pondered for a while and decided to try rolling it up first, getting it as far up my thighs as possible and then unrolling it up the rest of my body, and that seemed to work very well. I am now keeping this very pretty and very useful garment and hoping to get a lot more wear out of some of my more body hugging dresses.
Of course exercise and diet is another option ...

Even though I ordered a larger than my usual size, this thing was so tight I could hardly pull it up my legs. I think you would have to be very young and very strong to even get one of these things on, let alone the discomfort of wearing it.

I tried pulling it up, and going in from the bottom but could not get into this although a size larger than my dress size. The elastic is incredibly tight so had to return.
