Duck Feather & Down Firm Pillow

These pillows are comfortable and keep their shape so that they support your head all night. They were bought to replace light-weight synthetic ones that quickly became compressed and uncomfortable.

Order arrived quickly as ever - always prompt. The pillow: Your head sinks in the middle - I would say its a medium level firmness pillow - so heed the other reviews - I wish I did. Now I have to go and search again for a firm pillow :(

I ordered these pillows online when there was a 20% discount. I wanted to have them delivered to a local M&S Food but halfway through the ordering process it told me Store Collection was not available but gave me a free home delivery code! I expected them to take several days to deliver but they were with me less than 24hrs later! Excellent service! I find the pillow extremely comfortable! In fact I only need 1 pillow! I haven't woken up with neck ache since I started using it! All in all a very good purchase!

Very disappointed, and quite desperate now, as I need a replacement firm/high pillow ASAP. My careful research was not sufficient to screen out this dud. Does not resemble the sample in store. I would be hard pushed to describe this as even as 'medium', as it sinks dramatically when even light pressure is applied to its surface. The fabric cover seems ok, but the pillow is under-filled. Should perhaps have been warned by the fact that it was packaged up like a Swiss roll, and was such a reasonable price. Some of the other customers' reviews I have read about this item state that they found theirs over-firm, some under-firm/too soft, so I would venture to to guess that there's a quality control issue here. But then that seems to be reflected in so many other M&S products since they abandoned St.Michael as their supplier all those years ago, and in so doing issued a death-blow to the good quality merchandise by which Marks & Spencer made their name back in the good old days.

Very disappointing after receiving these firm pillows !! very soft and having a bad neck these were not what I was expecting and already ordered new pillows elsewhere and these are now in the spare room

This is a nice pillow which is firm without being too hard. Nice quality and a good price.

These pillows are so hard and ungiving that I will not be able to use them - unfortunately I received 4 and opened all 4 before I saw that they could not be returned if opened!!

Apart from getting a very good deal when I purchased these pillows, having slept on them a couple of nights they have proved to be most comfortable

After buying some disappointing cheaper feather pillows online, I was very happy with these ones that were actually very comfortable.
