About this bottle: This wine was made from the 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Languedoc region. It was made by Oliver Mandeville, whose family have been wine-makers here for many years. Oliver is one the pioneering producers of his generation, working from his family domaine on new wave reds and aromatic whites. We are delighted to have been working closely with him for over 15 years.

About this bottle: Produced by Overhex Wines International from Fairtrade certified vineyards in Swartland. Fairtrade means fairer trading conditions and opportunitites for producers in developing countries to invest in their businesses and communities for a sustainable future. Using the relatively rare Pinot Grigio from cooler sites Winemakers Ben Synman & Willie Malan together with M&S’s Sue Daniels produced this unoaked refreshing white.

About this bottle: Western Sicily is a vast grape-growing area, larger even than those of Veneto and Tuscany. It’s the home of Sicily’s famous dessert wine, Marsala, but also the less well known dry whites made from its same indigenous grape varieties, like zesty Cataratto, fragrant Inzolia and Grillo.

It’s an area of sun-baked plains, fertile red soils and meandering waterways where vines thrive. The grapes for this wine were selected for their quality and intense varietal expression.
