Oliver is one the pioneering producers of his generation, working from his family domaine on new wave reds and aromatic whites. We are delighted to have been working closely with him for over 15 years.

A beguiling dry white scented with fresh apple and white blossom, plus crisp and light pear flavours with a touch of peach.

About this bottle: Produced by Overhex Wines International from Fairtrade certified vineyards in Swartland. Fairtrade means fairer trading conditions and opportunitites for producers in developing countries to invest in their businesses and communities for a sustainable future. Using the relatively rare Pinot Grigio from cooler sites Winemakers Ben Synman & Willie Malan together with M&S’s Sue Daniels produced this unoaked refreshing white.

This traditional Catalonian red is a great example of a classic Spanish Garnacha – bold, characterful with flavours of sweet strawberries, wild flowers and balsamic.

About this bottle: Spain’s Terra Alta DO in Tarragona, southern Catalonia, is quintessential rural Mediterranean Spain. The Romans first planted vines in this dry, mountainous area, and you feel little has changed since. Vines grow in a rustic scene surrounded by pines, cherry trees and olive groves.

About this bottle: Yecla lies in the mountainous north of Spain’s Murcia region, its vineyards at between 400 and 800 metres in a rugged, unspoilt area that sees vast extremes of temperature over the year. This wine is from the Castaño family’s unirrigated vineyards in the higher northern part of the DO.
