Slightly too big but really can't complain when they were only £19 in the sale! Work with socks!

Really nice quality boots and a lot cheaper than others I've found on the high street! The "insolia" technology seems to just consist of padding under the arch of where the foot sits which, when I wore them for the first time, caused the balls of my feet to hurt towards the end of the day. This might be down to my feet though! I've worn them since and they are definitely more comfortable so I might just need to wear them in. The suede material is really classy and the heel gives them a smart feel. I was looking for some new smart boots for work that are also stylish and these are perfect! So glad that M&S do size 9!

Usually a size 9 but ordered this in a size 8.5 and a 9 having read other reviews and settled on the slightly tight 8.5 as the 9 swamped my feet. Wore all day for a family party the following day and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were - in fact I panicked and thought I'd put one of each size on as they stretched slightly and moulded to my feet. Have worn several times since and each time they are just as comfy. I think these are going to be my favourite boot this year. Will look good with jeans and dresses, modern and great value for money

These boots are very comfortable and can be dressed up or down, they look really good with skinny jeans or tights. Heel is very comfortable. I get compliments when I wear them which is pretty much all the time.
