- Body lotion: After shower or bath, apply over skin and massage with long strokes from legs upwards until fully absorbed. A small amount will go a long way
- Body wash: In the shower or bath, massage and lather a generous amount over the body with your hands or the help of a loafer. Rinse thoroughly
- Body scrub: Massage on to clean, dry skin in a circular motion for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower
- For the ultimate treatment, once applied, submerge in a warm bath. Allow the oils and salts to diffuse, revealing a luxurious magnesium bath soak, with Ren’s anti-fatigue blend of essential oils
