Easy One Pot Recipe Book

I love this cookbook and have already made six of the recipes. Wide range of main dishes with separate chapters for meat, poultry, fish & seafood and vegetables. There is a really simple Coq au Vin recipe, a gorgeous Chicken Pasanda, and some lovely stews, bakes and rice based dishes. Each recipe is on one page, with the ingredients on the left hand side and the recipe in numbered steps next to that. The opposite page is a photo of the dish, which is really helpful to see how it should turn out! The recipes are genuinely uncomplicated and simple to prepare in one pot. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for some fresh ideas for meals.

I have already decided some especially appetising recipes to cook shortly. I wish that this series could have had larger print , -my only grumble.
