    A delicious Sauvignon Blanc, full of subtle grapefruit and lime aromas and a delicate hint of lemongrass.

    About this bottle: The grapes were grown in the Adulam region of central Israel set in the low rolling hills that surround Jerusalem, where light breezes off the Mediterranean give warm days and cool nights. Winemaker Ed Salzberg fermented the wine at cool temperatures to preserve maximum aromatics and his rigorous attention to detail gives gentle complexity to this enchanting white wine.

    Satin-smooth, lychee and lemoncurd fruit surrounded by heady aromas of pear and white flowers.

    About this bottle: This fragrant Slovenian white is grown on the sunny vineyard terraces of Goriska Brda, steeply sloped to pick up the cooling breezes of the Adriatic Sea. Winemaker Darinko Ribolica believes these gentle breezes fill the Pinot Bianco grapes with fragrance and keep them lively and fresh.

Winemaker Forent Dumeau makes the most of the Turkish sunshine to find perfect sugar levels and allows this wine a lengthy six months on its fine lees to gain gorgeous richness of texture.

    A bright, crisp and citrusy dry white from the Greek Island of Santorini, with zingy aromas of lime blossom and honeyed gooseberry flavours.

    About this bottle: Santorini is an amazing place to make wine, an arid region where the hot sun is tempered by the Meltemi sea wind. M&S winemaker Jeneve Williams was delighted to select a special parcel of this wine made by local expert Matthew Argyros who crafts this wine principally from the local Assyrtico grape variety, sourced from 60-year-old vines that cling in low bushes to the island’s mineral-rich volcanic slopes.

    Lively melon, mango and apricot aromas make a heady greeting, followed by elegant nutty almond flavours adding a dash of sophisticated Middle Eastern charm.

    About this bottle: Lebanese winemaker, Faouzi Issa creates his wines in a truly modern light, bright style. This lively white comes from Chardonnay and Viognier grapes harvested in the Bekaa Valley and kept cool and crisp throughout their fermentation. Lebanon’s are some of the oldest vineyards in the world: the first vines reaching its shores with the Phoenician sailors some 4,000 years ago.
