Duck Feather & Down Medium Support Pillow

These pillows are about a third the thickness of a "normal" pillow. You'd need a pile of 4 to get a halfway decent height. Ordered on line so they were packed invisibly in a very small box. Couldn't believe there could be 2 pillows in there!! Hoped they were vacuum packed and would plump up when opened - they didn't, even overnight. Cover is very thin and because of the colour of the feathers, the outside of the pillow looks dirty as though its been used for weeks without pillow cases, but it's the colour of the feathers showing through. Doesn't look nice at all. . Very disappointed, well below M&S normal quality.

Not medium pillows as stated, I've always bought M & S bedding and am very disappoint. Now using my old pillows, what a waste of money !

We thought M&S would sell quality pillows, however we were wrong. Very disappointing. They are flat and offer hardly any support at all. No way are they medium support. Would not recommend. A waste of money.

The first night I used this pillow I slept right through, which had not happened in a long time! Good value too!

The pillow I received offered almost no support - definitely not "medium" as described. You will not get a refund if you open the packaging on bedding, although you cannot see or feel the pillow until you do. Beware!

Very disappointed in these pillows as they are very soft and certainly do not give the medium support which is in the description. I only kept to put on top of another rather flat pillow and this is for the spare bed, I shall have to look again for a pillow for myself.

Was really looking forward to these pillows but sadly they are rather flat and don't plump up much.

Chose the pillow by computer, it was available at our Just Food on time, well packed, excellent quality. I did not have to wait in for the postman, nor travel out to the depot. As I said - this how it should be.
