My husband looked terrible in these but gave us all a good laugh ! The fit was only suitable for a younger man. They went back.

Trousers fine but material is rather shiny and they are a fairly slim fit.

Described as jeans style these chinos were so thin and with a shiny satin finish I had no hesitation in returning them immediately and managed to find a pair of North Coast jeans in store & also in the sale.

Brilliant fit, as were the previous 2 pairs I bought in different colours. I now have 4 pairs of this style of trouser. They are excellent for smart and casual wear. I would like to buy more of these trousers if there were more colour choices available.

I bought these for my husband and he is so happy with the style and fit. He's slim and has a very small rear end and most of his casual trousers look a bit baggy. I have spent a while encouraging my husband to switch to the slim fit style and he has resisted. However, when he tried on these chinos his face lit up. No more baggy trousers! The chinos look great and the material has a good feel to it. All in all they are an excellent purchase.

Superb in every way,great value and fit. Look good in both casual and more formal requirements. Have purchased two pairs but intend to purchase more as I'm so pleased. Well done M&S more similar products please.

These are the perfect casuals for me. I have a 41 inch waist, so have to err on the 42 side. This usually means the leg is generous and even if the material doesn't sag after washes, the legs are still generous. With these casuals the legs fit perfectly, and being black with a sheen they look like made to measure. That's the slim fit kicking in. They look Italian but made in Turkey. Just hope they keep their shape after the first wash.

Stylish, smart and extremely comfortable. I love these trousers and they are very well made. M&S has definitely improved and I really think these new slim fit items will appeal to younger customers.
