Conran Double Task Light

Really useful to create great directional light

Packed beautifully the light is well designed (Conran again lives up to his name) and unexpectedly fun. The light bulbs required are not standard and quite hard to find. It would have been a help either to have had the bulb reference given clearly on the description before purchase and perhaps have had the option to buy bulbs for this light. Including them inside the well-packed item would be the easiest. Must say that the price (why are lights so expensive) might allow for bulbs in boxes to be packed at the source? When used as a desk lamp the short neck means that the pool of light onto the desk is quite small.

Nice design and functional. Pity bulbs wrer not supplied with it.Had quite a serch to get the right ones.

Just what i wanted for my modern tv area. The grey base is very heavy to prevent the light toppling over i guess: i needed to use two hands to lift and move the light.

This is a stylish, well made product. The excellent packaging is to be commended. Prospective customers should note that bulbs are not supplied - surprising, considering the cost of this product. The bulbs are relatively specialist items [a small Edison Screw or SES]. Please be aware that only bulbs with an overall length not exceeding 100mm will fit without protruding from the shade.
