Checked & Floral Maxi Skirt

I was looking for a comfortable outfit for a formal do and this was perfect together with an M&S black top. It fits really well and the elasticated waistband makes it very easy to wear. It is shorter on me than on the model (and I am only 5' 4") but I am happy with the length. The floaty style and interesting hemline makes it a bit different to most long skirts. I am taking it with me on holiday and will buy a pastel top for a more relaxed style. Would recommend this as a good buy.

At last a really pretty skirt from the Per Una range after a long time of dull boring styles. Nice fabric and style. Does not crease so great for holidays. Overpriced at full price as it has no zip and only an elasticated waistband. Luckily I bought it at a discounted price. My only grouse is why oh why put a navy waistband on a black printed skirt? Come on Marks we want more pretty styles like this in the future!

I ordered this with the 20% discount as I thought it was over priced at the full amount. I liked the skirt, but the waistband is not black, but more of a navy colour which made it difficult to match tops to. The style is good, and the quality is good too. It just missed a little for me so I sent it back. I was sad to do this as there are so few 99 length skirts in M&S at the moment, and this one was a little different, and a very pretty fabric.

I loved this skirt as soon as I saw it, but was disappointed when I received it. The fabric is extremely lightweight, and so is the lining. It will no doubt be suitable for holidays in hot countries, but will not fit my lifestyle. I have another Per Una skirt which is a very similar style but a much more substantial fabric. The fit is normal Per Una, i.e. smaller than other M&S brands. Unfortunately I had to return it.

I did wait till the 20% offer was on before I bought this skirt as I do think it was a little pricey but I do love it. I got my usual size and 91 length and being short that looks the same length on me as the model. I wore it with the LE monk boots, stretchy lace navy top and received many compliments. I also bought the poppy lace top to wear with it as well. It is comfortable and stylish to wear. A good colour combination that is suitable for now and right through to summer. Lightweight so it will pack easily and not crease. The hankerchief hem has a lovely flow to it when moving and the pull on style is perfect for me.

rather liked this skirt.i am 5'3 so yes it is a little longer than i would usually wear but then it is 'maxi' pretty colour combination and falls well.it is slightly larger than usual so try on if you can.

I loved the look of this very feminine floaty maxi skirt as soon as I saw it in my local store. The colour combination along with unusual hemline is very flattering and I think will work well with a variety of different tops. I found the 91cms length perfect for me (5'4") and will look good with either flat sandals or wedge shoes. Will definitely be taking this on my next holiday.

Another Per Una skirt offered in only a very limited range of lengths. We want styles in 81/89/99 cm please to cater for all heights. Pleasing print and colours spoiled by the strange stretchy waistband which is actually dark navy not black, very limiting as to what tops will look ok. The shortest length was far too long for me but I did feel it was rather generous in fit. Very, very overpriced. One star due to lack of length choice.
