The Pinot Noir grapes for this wine came from Chavy-Chouet’s La Taupe vineyard, which Romaric farms with as little intervention as possible, aiming to express the terroir of region in the wine. The wine was matured for eight months in French oak barrels to give it extra complexity and depth.
