A blend of two Grand Cru vineyards with differing characteristics, this wine offers exceptional balance and depth. Grapes from the first vineyard, midway up the Les Clos slope, benefit from warmer daytime temperatures to produce richer, fuller wines. Those from the second site, at the top of the south-facing slope, display greater freshness and tension. Careful blending in the winery, with a portion of the wine matured in oak barrels, results in a layered, harmonious wine.
