A beautiful dessert makes a great centrepiece at the end of a good meal. Impress family and friends with this moulded jelly from our Summer of Flavour range, made from vibrant raspberries, pomegranate and elderflower, finished with a raspberry and hibiscus dressing. Loaded with fruit elegantly suspended within the jelly, this pudding – which is best served by running a knife around the rim and inverting it onto a plate – is vegetarian and gluten free. Just add cream or vanilla ice cream for a little extra indulgence.
