The thought of making a Christmas pudding from scratch is a nice idea, but in reality, few of us have the time to plan and prepare one. Cue our new rich, fruity show-stopper, which combines clementine liqueur-soaked cranberries and a secret centre with a luxuriously thick cranberry and clementine sauce that oozes out as you slice into it. Enough to serve eight people and suitable for vegetarians, the pudding has been hand-decorated with beautiful, fine glacé orange slices and topped with an edible gold lustre. It’s a great way to end your Christmas dinner on a high.
