Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the
M&S Cypriot halloumi (1)
into 1cm pieces. Add the
M&S honey and chipotle marinade (45 g)
to a shallow bowl and coat the halloumi in the marinade.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the halloumi for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and sticky. Meanwhile, heat the
M&S Greek style flatbreads (2)
in the oven according to the pack instructions.
3.
Pile the
M&S sweet and crunchy salad bowl (1 box)
onto the flatbreads before topping with the sticky halloumi and any remaining marinade.
