Cooking Instructions

For the strawberry and basil smash. Prepare your sugar syrup by heating equal parts water and
white sugar (10 g)
, until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before using. Store the excess in an air-tight container in the fridge.
2.
Add the
M&S low alcohol strawberry and basil botanical (50 g)
,
lemon juice (25 mL)
, sugar syrup,
strawberries (5)
and
basil leaves (7)
, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.

Double strain into a short tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a little extra
strawberry (1)
and a fresh
basil leaf (1)
.

To make the lemon and rosemary spritz, in a tall glass tumbler, add slices of
Beldi preserved lemon (1)
, ice and
M&S low alcohol lemon and rosemary botanical (50 g)
. Top up with
M&S Frizzantea Brut (125 g)
and garnish with a sprig of
rosemary (1 sprig)
.

For the low-alcohol Lost Plane. Prepare your sugar syrup by heating equal parts water and
white sugar (10 g)
, until the sugar dissolves. Allow to cool before using. Store the excess in an air-tight container in the fridge.
6.
Add the sugar syrup,
M&S low alcohol golden spiced botanical (25 g)
,
M&S low alcohol aperitivo (25 mL)
and
lemon juice (25 mL)
to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the peel of
lemon (as needed)
