Cooking Instructions
1.
Start by making the hot honey syrup, made by heating 100ml water with
M&S pure honey (140 g)
and
chilli flakes (15 g)
for five minutes, then straining honey syrup through a sieve and allowing to cool.

Combine your
M&S Anglesey sea salt (6 g)
and
chilli flakes (as needed)
together, then rub the wedge of
lime (1)
along the rim of the glass and then dip it into the chilli salt mix so the entire rim is covered. Then fill the glass with
ice cubes (as needed)

Add the hot honey syrup (15ml),
M&S Distilled silver tequila (50 mL)
,
M&S orange brandy liqueur (15 mL)
and
lime juice (25 mL)
to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds.

Double strain the cocktail into your glass, garnish with a slice of
red chillies (1 slice)
and enjoy.

For the nuts, preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas mark 3. Pop your
M&S oven roasted mixed nuts (1 bag)
and
mixed seeds (1 bag)
to a baking tray and give them a mix around.
6.
In a bowl, combine the
unsalted butter (15 g)
,
M&S smokin' hot honey marinade (30 mL)
and
M&S Anglesey sea salt (6 g)
and microwave until the butter has melted.
7.
Pour the hot honey butter over the nuts and seeds and ensure everything’s coated thoroughly.
8.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Finish with a little more salt and enjoy.
