Cooking Instructions
1.
Put the
white sugar (100 g)
into a pan with 50ml water. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved, then leave to cool completely.
2.
Put 10ml of the sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with the
M&S Distilled Seville orange gin (50 mL)
,
M&S Spanish blood orange juice (50 mL)
, the
lemon juice (10 mL)
and the torn
Thai basil (1 sprig)
.
3.
Add a handful of ice and shake well until cold.
4.
Strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with the sprig
