Fill 2 tumblers with ice. Pour the
M&S Distilled special reserve blended Scotch whisky (100 mL)

M&S squeezed Spanish clementine juice (30 mL)

lemon juice (20 mL)

Collection Scottish honey (20 g)

M&S free-range mixed size egg (1)
into a large cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain into a large glass or jug. Discard the ice, then return to the shaker and shake again to froth up the egg white
