Cooking Instructions

Choose your preferred flavour combination of ice cream and cookies.
2.
For each sandwich, take one large scoop of
ice-cream (885 g)
and place on a
cookie (400 g)
, bottom side up.
3.
Drizzle the ice cream scoop with
chocolate sauce (to taste)
and
toffee sauce (to taste)
.
4.
Place the second cookie on top of the ice cream scoop, top side up to finish the sandwich and serve immediately.
