Cooking Instructions

Crush the
all-butter biscuits (150 g)
and mix well with the melted
butter (80 g)
, then spread the mixture into serving bowls or champagne coupes.

Whisk the
soft cheese (200 g)
and
single cream (100 mL)
together for 5 minutes until smooth and combined, then add the
chocolate hazelnut crème (60 g)
and whisk for another 5 minutes.
3.
Spread the mixture over the biscuit base in each serving bowl and top with the
chocolate shavings (50 g)
. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
