Cooking Instructions
1.
Rip the
Plant Kitchen super firm tofu (300 g)
so you end up with chunky, craggly bits. Marinate the tofu in
soy sauce (20 mL)
and
white pepper (2 g)
if you have time. Coat the marinated tofu in the
cornflour (50 g)
.
2.
Heat the
vegetable oil (45 mL)
in a wok over a high heat. Fry the tofu (in batches if using a small wok) until it’s crispy on all sides. Set aside in another bowl. If there’s lots of oil left in the pan, drain the wok until around 1tsp remains.
3.
Add
soy sauce (20 mL)
,
white onion (1)
,
red pepper (1)
and
Tenderstem broccoli (200 g)
to the wok and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the
M&S Easy garlic (5 g)
and
M&S Easy ginger (5 g)
and keep frying.
4.
Add the tofu back into the wok along with the
M&S roasted salted cashews (75 g)
and stir fry for another minute or so.
5.
Finish off with
M&S deliciously versatile teriyaki sauce (30 mL)
to taste, plus your
M&S spring onions (6)
and
red chilli (1)
