Boys' Outstanding Value Flat Front Trousers with Stormwear+™

Love the quality of these trousers. At £5 a pair I wasn't expecting much but, once on, they look very smart. The standard length is actually 1 1/2" longer than the supermarket equivalent and they are a good fit around the hips. My only gripe is with the sealed hems. I spend a lot of time adjusting boys trouser hems and the glued ones take longer (I never re-glue),which makes it more expensive for my customers.

I've been buying these for my son since he started school, in grey for primary/junior school and now in black for senior school. This year the stitching on the seem at his groin has come undone on 3 of the 5 pairs I have bought, hence I have marked down on quality. Still they are good value, wash and iron well. He is a tall and well built 13 year old and I have to buy him 15 year old trousers, I do have to turn them up an inch and a half to two inches though as they are too long. Not sure what I will do in a year or so as he will run out of sizes - adult trousers I suppose!!

perfect fit ,good value for money

Seam under the zip split on the first day. Real pain for me to take back so ended up repairing them myself. Not impressed and not the quality I expected from M&S.

Good basic trousers, find it really hard to get school trousers for a tall skinny 15 year old but age 16 were a perfect length and adjustabe waist was useful

As I bought these in the sale the value for money was good, I have bought m&s trousers before for my son and found the fit and quality to be good.

Excellent value for money, extremely good quality and although they fit my grandsons very well they also have adjusting sides (inside the trouser) which dont affect the way they sit. Speedy delivery, good all round service from M & S (as is usual) including emails, face to face and online.

Have always brought this item number and been relatively pleased but with latest purchase material is much thinner and holding up to the light you can see through both layers.
