Bead Embellished Jacquard Shell Top

I ordered this on-line believing it to be an elegant, dressy Christmas top, but was really disappointed when it arrived. I am normally size 10-12 so ordered this in size 10. It is a wide, boxy shape, not at all flattering, really short sleeves, but, worst of all it bulged out at the front. Not for me I'm afraid.

I am a standard size 16 but found the top slightly too big. Otherwise, I liked the top and wore it to a birthday lunch.

Lovely quality. I didn't keep it as I thought the embellishment around the neck on top of the silver patterned jacquard was all a bit too much.

Nice top, nice quality, was a bit big, But......as almost always its too long. I wear size 24 but I am not 8ft tall The length it needs to be worn is as shown on the model, but the model is wearing size 8 and is 5ft 10inches.. As M&S make their tops longer the larger the size it means that as you get to the larger sizes the tops are much too long. Please M&S sort this problem out, its been happening for several years now, its so disappointing to receive a nice blouse which has to be returned because it is too long. i have also given this feedback to customer service over the phone and in store.
