Airflex™ Leather Extra Wide Fit Brogue Shoes

These shoes were so comfortable from the first minute that I put them on....no breaking them in...they fit like a soft glove! However, this is my third pair as the first two pairs split across the middle of the sole of the shoe, letting water in! Both pairs in the same place after about three months wear......undoubtedly a design fault. As long as they are replaced each time this happens I am happy to have the most comfortable shoes I have had for a long time!

The Airflex soles are inferior quality, DO NOT BUY ! each sole split right down the middle after less than six months

Can't fault the comfort or style. But after a few months of light wear one of the soles split completely. Returned the shoes and was told is a common problem with the Airflex sole.

I found this style to be narrower than previous "wide Fit " shoes They're OK, but only just.

These were bought for my son in law for Christmas, but thought he had better try them on before the big day. He says they are a great fit, really really comfortable and a lovely style. So all in all, a great buy.

Not impressed - upper leather has split after medium wear not quite a year and a half!

Very comfortable, lovely shoe will last for years.

Bought these shoes for my husband as he already has a tan pair which are extremely comfortable. He could not get the new black shoes on his feet. I measured them with a tape measure and found that the black shoes were shorter, but importantly were not as wide/deep over the instep as his tan shoes - even allowing for a bit of stretching from the wear of his existing pair; hence why his foot would not even go in to the shoe. These are labelled 'wide fit'!! What a disappointment.

Bought shoe in 20% off sale so good value at reduced price, but colour of shoe is much lighter than shown on screen and of shoes previously purchased. Will wait to see if sole splits as many reviewers have stated.

Like others have experienced, the sole splits leading to wet feet. Great shoe otherwise but I'd never buy a pair again unless they dump this badly designed sole.
