• ABOUT THIS WINE:
  White Châteauneuf-du-Pape is much rarer than its highly regarded red counterpart, and this is a particularly fine and fragrant example. After hand-picking to enable a strict selection of the best quality fruit, a mixture of the classic white grape varieties if the region (Grenache blanc, Bourboulenc, Clairette, Roussanne and Picpoul) was carefully blended and cool-fermented by Rhône Valley winemaker, Christian Voeux.
• A short period of maturation in the cellar has added a beguiling complexity to this clean, unoaked white wine, which displays wonderful tipicity and elegance
