• ABOUT THIS WINE: This expressive white was made for us by Owen Glover at Glover Family Vineyards, in the up-and-coming sub-region of Marlborough known as Dillon's Point. Here, the unique soil profile, sunny days and cool nights combine to give wines of distinct, lively fruit character underpinned by minerality, savoury tones and succulent acidity.
• The vineyard is managed following sustainable protocols and the fruit is harvested in the early morning to retain maximum freshness and delicate aromatics. Owen is keen to stay as hands-off as possible in the winery in order to finish up with a wine of great natural intensity and purity
